[Calendaring] Bug fix: deleting instances of repeating events

Hello calendar users,

We had a bug where a deleted instance of a repeating events continued to 
display in Lightning/Sunbird, even though it was correctly deleted from 
the database.  I've installed a patch on the server to correct this 
issue, please let me know if you continue to have a problem.
