Dear TRIUMF Users and Experimenters,
Beam requests for Schedule 124 are now being accepted, please read the
attached memo from Jens Dilling, Science Division HeadDeputy.
We would also like to announce a new feature on the experimental program
applications called the "Experimenters' Dashboard". This dashboard is a
useful tool to see all of the experiments you are associated with at a
glance. Please visit the Experimenters' Dashboard at
https://mis.triumf.ca/science/dashboard.jsf and login. You will be able
to see beam requests that have been submitted, how many approved shifts
there are remaining, and look at upcoming beam time. There is also a
convenient feature of emailing the spokespersons in an experiment or the
whole collaboration. If you have any questions or comments, please do
not hesitate to contact sciencediv at triumf.ca.
If you prefer to submit your beam request directly through the Beam
Request Application, it can be found at
https://mis.triumf.ca/science/beam/request/home.jsf.
All the best,
Niki Martin
for Jens Dilling
