Update and Reminder: SAP-EEC Call for Submissions - January 2017

Dear TRIUMF Users & Experimenters,

Please read the attached memo for information regarding the next 
Subatomic Physics Experiments Evaluation Committee (SAP-EEC) meeting. 
There was an incorrect date listed in the memo as well as a reference to 
Schedule 129-"Please be reminded that if your experiment was approved at 
the July *2013* EEC or before, and has not taken shifts or is scheduled 
to run in *Schedule 129"...

*The attached memo has fixed the errors above and now correctly reads - 
"Please be reminded that if your experiment was approved at the July 
*2014* EEC or before, and has not taken shifts or is scheduled to run in 
*Schedule 131"...*

Apologies for the errors.

Please note the next meeting will take place on *Thursday &Friday 
January, **12th & 13th, 2017.*

We will be accepting letters of intent, proposals, and progress 
reportssubmittedviathe Spokespersons' portal. Thedeadline for 
submissions is *Tuesday, **December 6th, 2016* at midnight (Vancouver time).

Please note: Spokespersons are required to make the facility 
coordinator(s) and/or collaboration spokespersons for the relevant 
experimental facilities aware of their new proposal(s). The facility 
coordinator list can be found at

under the heading “List of Coordinators”.
