please read the attached memo from Chris Ruiz, Beam Scheduler 
(http://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/request-beam-time). 


When you have read the memo please continue to the "Experimenters' 
Dashboard" at https://mis.triumf.ca/science/dashboard.jsf and login with 
your TRIUMF Login. If you prefer to submit your beam request directly 
through the Beam Request Application, it can be found at 
https://mis.triumf.ca/science/beam/request/home.jsf.

*The deadline for beam requests is Monday, July 31st at 23:59 PDT. *
