Subject: Science with the Super-Enge Split-Pole Spectrograph
and Centaur Workshop on Transfer Reactions

Dear colleagues,

We are organizing a two-day workshop to take place March 22-23, 2019
on the campus of Florida State University in Tallahassee,
Florida. Topics include the capabilities of the Super-Enge Split-Pole
Spectrograph, which was brought from Yale to the FSU accelerator
laboratory and has been re-commissioned. The meeting is intended to
initiate collaborations and developments for the scientific
program. As a second topic, we will focus on the science of transfer
reactions and their application to nuclear structure, nuclear
reactions and nuclear astrophysics.

If you would like to attend, please contact
iwiedenhoever at fsu.edu<mailto:iwiedenhoever at fsu.edu> and also indicate whether you would like
to give a presentation. Details of the meeting are also available at
http://aruna.physics.fsu.edu/SESPS_WS.html

With kind regards,
Ingo Wiedenhoever,
Catherine Deibel,
Greg Christian
