Committee (SAP-EEC)</font></font> is next <b>Tuesday, June
3rd at midnight PDT</b>.<br>

The call for submissions is attached for your ease of reference.<br>

A reminder that the meeting will take place at TRIUMF on <b>Monday
& Tuesday</b>, July 7th & 8th, 2014.<br>

If you are planning to propose an experiment with accelerated
beams of high-mass make sure to read the guidelines for
estimating the post-accelerated yields that are provided online
<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/resources-while-planning">here
(CSB Guidelines)</a>. Please use the transmission numbers and
the web-tool to estimate the on-target intensities and major
contaminations. Please ensure that you have discussed the
proposal with the experts of the respective ISAC-II facilities <a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/resources-while-planning">(refer
to the Science Division Facility Coordinators Document)</a>.</font><font

<b>Call for Proposals for GRIFFIN</b><br>
We are explicitly, but not exclusively, inviting proposals for
GRIFFIN, including its coupling to the new DESCANT neutron
detector array and other ancillary detectors. All GRIFFIN
proposals have to be vetted by the GRIFFIN collaboration. Please
