Please read the attached memo for information regarding the next
Molecular & Materials Science Experiments Evaluation Committee
(MMS-EEC) meeting. Please note that the MMS-EEC meeting will take
place on Monday <font face="Baskerville">& Tuesday,<font
face="Baskerville"> January 25th <font face="Baskerville">&
26th, 2016</font></font>. The committee members of the
MMS-EEC ask that <font face="Baskerville">new proposals and
progress reports conf<font face="Baskerville">orm to rules <font
face="Baskerville">specifi<font face="Baskerville">ed in
the call for submissions.</font></font></font></font><br>
</font><br>
Please note that the user fee has been removed for all
non-commercial experiments. The charge of $1.75 per litre of
liquid helium remains.<br>
<br>
The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, <font face="Baskerville">December
15th</font> at midnight <font face="Baskerville">(Vancouver
time).</font><br>
