Iain McKenzie drafted the meson hall schedule and I am responsible for the cyclotron, ISAC, and OLIS drafts.<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">For this upcoming schedule, please note the following: </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Cyclotron Operations are moving to an 8-hour maintenance & development cycle, whereas experiments are still scheduled with a 12-hour cycle for the time being. Thus, a regular cyclotron maintenance will take 8 hours, while the schedule shows this as 12 hours. Cyclotron beam development and training blocks will take 20 hours, whereas the schedule shows this as 24 hours. <br class=""><br class="">I will chair the final scheduling meeting to be held Thursday, March 2nd at 10:00am in the Main Office Building Conference Room, and invite all interested parties to attend.<br class=""><br class="">Please see <a href="https://mis.triumf.ca/science/schedules.jsf" class="">https://mis.triumf.ca/science/schedules.jsf</a> for more information.<br class=""><br class="">If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible. After March 2nd and until April 16th, Barry Davids will be my alternate for any scheduling questions. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Yours sincerely,</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Chris Ruiz - Beam Scheduler</div><div class="">
