Dear colleagues,<br>

We are organizing a two-day workshop to take place March 22-23, 2019<br>
on the campus of Florida State University in Tallahassee,<br>
Florida. Topics include the capabilities of the Super-Enge Split-Pole<br>
Spectrograph, which was brought from Yale to the FSU accelerator<br>
laboratory and has been re-commissioned. The meeting is intended to<br>
initiate collaborations and developments for the scientific<br>
program. As a second topic, we will focus on the science of transfer<br>
reactions and their application to nuclear structure, nuclear<br>
reactions and nuclear astrophysics.<br>
