This is your weekly reminder about the GAPS coffee hour at 4:30 in the ISAC
breakroom. Hope to see you there

*Upcoming GAPS events*

   - *Three Minute Thesis* - Present your research in 3 minutes. Cash
   prizes! To be scheduled in late October. Email GAPS to sign up to present.
   - *Lectures by Prof. Rick Casten* - Professor Rick Casten of Yale will
   be giving a series of lectures on nuclear structure aimed at grad students
   and postdocs. More details to follow.
   - *"Panic to Practice" Seminar* - Techniques for conquering stress,
   organized by IsoSim. Tentatively scheduled for November. Details to follow.
