Hello,

This message is for all students and faculty in Physics at your
institution.

The 2016 Women in Physics Canada conference will be held July 27-29
at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. We encourage
participation by all genders!

Along with science talks from experts in the field, there will be
panel discussions on academic and non-academic careers and gender
issues in physics, as well as workshops on networking and problem
solving in the workplace. Our oral and poster sessions will be an
excellent opportunity for students to showcase their work at a
national level to a supportive audience of their peers. Abstracts
are due June 27th.

Registration is dirt cheap ($30 undergrad, $40 grad, $50 post-doc)
and includes all meals during the conference. Early-bird
ends April 15th, so don't delay! We have travel grants available,
and many departments have agreed to support their students, so
inquire at your office to see what they'll offer. And, if you
carpool with 4 or more people in the vehicle, we'll pay for your
gas!
