<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US">As you may know, TRIUMF is hosting the IPAC’18 conference starting next weekend in Vancouver.</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US">The local organizing committee is looking for some volunteers to help out with the registration desk at the conference.
</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US">They are looking for help starting Sunday April 29, right through to Friday May 4<sup>th</sup>, with the most help required on Sunday and Monday.</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="EN-US">This would involve greeting the delegates and giving them their registration packages as they check in, but you may also have to field some questions or direct them to one of the Local Organizers.
All delegates are pre-registered, so there will be no requirement to register anyone onsite or take payments.</span></p>
