in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). They face unique challenges in opportunity and promotion. Raising their participation is a complex, cultural problem. Change begins with us.</span></div>

will develop insights in leadership, networking, self-promotion, and think outside of academia. We invite everyone to explore STEM and ideas to better the world. The morning talks session will be held in the </span><span style="font-size:12pt; line-height:normal"><b style="line-height:normal">Auditorium
on February 20th</b></span><span style="font-size:12pt; line-height:normal"> starting </span><span style="font-size:12pt; line-height:normal"><b style="line-height:normal">at 9:40 am</b></span><span style="font-size:12pt; line-height:normal">, while the afternoon
panel will be in the </span><span style="font-size:12pt; line-height:normal"><b style="line-height:normal">MOB Conference Room at 1:00 pm</b></span><span style="font-size:12pt; line-height:normal"> (see attached poster for a detailed schedule of the event).</span></div>
