this <b>Wednesday, February 3rd, 03:30pm</b>, the TRIUMF Data
Science group will gather in [1] to discuss the exciting roadmap
for this term. <br>
<br>
After some further thinking between group members with
experience in quantum machine learning, we decided to set up our
own curriculum instead of following a course - allowing for more
flexibility in topic choice and keeping meetings thrilling and
hands-on oriented.<br>
<br>
<b>Please watch this 25min presentation</b> [2] by Maria Schuld
<b>in advance to the session</b>, as a lightweight introduction
to quantum machine learning and note down any question you have
or concepts you would like to explore.<br>
<br>
Related, please also have a quick glance at qHack2021 [3]. This
is a unique opportunity to partake in a quantum ML hackathon. We
already registered a group and could, depending on interest, add
more.<br>
