We should at least mention the whiffletrees, as it is just one word to add. These are the devices from which the acrylic vessel is hung and besides fabricating them here at TRIUMF, I spent an awful lot of time in Sudbury making sure that when we hung the vessel for the first time they were all in the correct position so the vessel wouldn't be stressed. Or crack, in other words.
