   - *Postdoc Lecture Series*: A *NEW* lecture series on Experimental
   Neutrino PHysics, given by Mark Scott, will begin *this Friday* at 10am
   in the MOB auditorium. Sign up here

   - *UBC Faraday Show:* We are still looking for volunteers to present a
   short 10 minute demonstration to the public. If you are interested, please
   contact Monika Stachura.
   - *GAPS Trivia Night: *Back by popular demand. This will tentatively be
   scheduled for late January at Biercraft. Stay tuned for details.
