Dear TRIUMF postdocs,

This is a reminder that we need your input before we can discuss the
postdocs' vacation allowance with TRIUMF management.
Therefore we ask you to fill out the following short questionnaire
(if you haven't done so already)

The deadline for the survey is THIS Friday, October 28th, at 23:45.

All responses are anonymous and any respondent information is excluded
from the survey results.

We will schedule a meeting next week to discuss any issues raised
in the survey.
