<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt; font-family:" lang="EN">We are organizing an intro session to the TRIUMF SAP-EEC proposal process to give some general information about the Beam Schedule and the corresponding process. This might be interesting
to all of you who wish to submit a proposal to the SAP-EEC and/or request beam time from TRIUMF. This is for researchers, university faculty, post-docs, and students.</span></p>

Chris Ruiz and myself will give a short presentation and will be available for questions.</span></p>
