As all of you are hopefully aware, TRIUMF has instituted a mandatory vaccination policy that will come into effect on
<b>December 17th</b>. This applies to <b>employees and visitors who require site access</b>. In case you didn't receive the instructions or can't find them in your inbox, we'll include them below. Note that they also describe the procedure to follow if you
did not receive an invitation from Thrive. Please make sure that you upload your proof-of-vaccination before the 17th to avoid interruptions to your site access.<br>
