[Triumf-linux-users] Upgrading gcc on SLC 6.7

Thanks for your comments.
As an expedient I have copied over the devtoolset-2 from
my CERN account, and that seems to be working.
We would prefer not to change to CentOS 7 or Ubuntu right now
as we have a Geant4 major release coming up in a couple
of months.
