Dear running colleagues,
According to Doodle, seven of us are available tomorrow at noon for a
longer training session.
Asking our expert (Rob Watt) offline, here is a suggestion: 10 minutes
easy, 15 minutes at marathon pace, 15 minutes at half marathon pace, anther
10 minutes near 10K pace, and then 10 minutes easy. So one hour total.
We could meet as usual, decide which route to take depending on the weather
and if more people are interested (and available of course), feel free to

>> Dear running humans in an accelerating H- factory,
>> After some discussions, some of us expressed the interest in a long

>> Something around one hour and a half; this can be defined later.
>> Would you like to be part of this?
>> As it requires a bit of scheduling, I invite you to fill this Doodle poll
>> below. Times can be adjusted later, it's just to have an idea if we can
>> gather more people around lunch or after work in the evening (with more

>> If any questions or concerns, feel free to add a comment:
