[Triumf-running] Running group virtual lunch

Hi all,

Hope all you runners are doing well and have been able to keep on moving despite that we are no longer able to do group runs. I miss being able to run with you in my lunch break and thought it would be a good idea to meet virtually to catch up and check in.

Please join me this Friday, July 26th at noon for an informal virtual get-together. Bring your lunch, banana, gel, or favourite sports drink.
