      Christmas and New Year break. <br>

      There is not much planned for workouts this week. If you do want

      to run on Tuesday or Thursday, do meet at the usual place and time

      and coordinate with whoever else is there.<br>

      <br>

      We'll start on new training plans for the Sun Run, and general

      fitness plans, in January. <br>

      <br>
