Title:     Radioactive Ion Beams in BRASIL- RIBRAS facility

Abstract: A double superconducting solenoid system with 6,5T central magnetic field was recently installed next to the 8MV Pelletron Tandem of the University of São Paulo. Radioactive ion beams of 6He, 7Be, 8Li and 8B were produced with intensities between 10^4 and 10^6 pps/1emicroA of 7Li. The first result are on elastic scattering: data on the elastic scattering of 6He+27Al and on reaction cross-section and nuclear break-up will be presented.
