Title: Searches at CDF

Abstract: Despite its success in describing the accelerator data, the Standard Model of Particle Physics (SM)is regarded as a low energy effective theory because of several open questions. Currently the optimal place to hunt for its missing ingredient, the Higgs boson, and for Physics Beyond SM (BSM) is the proton-antiproton collisions produced by the Tevatron Collider at 1.96 TeV. In this talk I present a recent upgrade to the CDF trigger system improving the sensitivity of the search for Higgs and the latest results of searches for SUSY, one of the most favoured theory for BSM.
