Title:     Nuclear Physics with Lattice Effective Field Theory

Abstract: Effective field theory provides a systematic approach to interacting quantum systems at low energies and densities. Lattice effective field theory extends this approach to few- and many-body systems using non-perturbative lattice methods. I discuss recent applications of lattice effective field theory to the physics of cold atoms, neutron matter, and nuclei.
