[Triumf-seminars] Douglas Scott TRIUMF seminar on April 18th at FPInnovations: if you plan to come, you must register

Dear TRIUMF seminars subscriber,

Next week's TRIUMF seminar will be given by Professor Douglas Scott, a cosmologist from UBC. The talk will be on Thursday April 18th at the usual time of 14:00. On account of the unavailability of the TRIUMF auditorium, the talk will be held in the FPInnovations building just north of TRIUMF at 3800 Wesbrook Mall. The title of Prof. Scott's talk is "Cosmic Microwave Background Results from the Planck Satellite."

The fire safety procedures in effect at FPInnovations require us to provide them a list of the names of our seminar attendees at least 48 hours in advance of the talk. Therefore, if you wish to attend this exciting seminar (and I encourage you to do so), please send an email including your full name to makoto.fujiwara at triumf.ca by 12:00 PDT on Tuesday April 16th.
