Title:     The ATLAS Inner Tracker Upgrade for the HL-LHC

Abstract: Successfully operating the ATLAS detector at the very high collision rates expected from the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider requires a major upgrade program.  In particular, the ATLAS Inner Tracker upgrade, consisting of silicon pixel and strip modules, will replace the current ATLAS Inner Detector.  The latest design of this new tracking detector is presented, with a discussion of its expected performance including the results of benchmark physics studies at an average of 200 collisions per beam crossing.
