[Videoconferencing] Vortex E/C installed in MOB conference room

I have installed a Vortex EF2241 echo canceller in the main conference 
room.

This is the same model as is in the auditorium - a smaller version of the 
one in the ISAC2 video room (222).
The procedures will now be similar to those of ISAC2.

The speakerphone is no longer used for EVO. The switch box should be left 
in the phone position.

The two new microphones on the table are used for both EVO and H323.
The mute switch is inoperative (as in the auditorium/ISAC2). Use the Mute 
icon in EVO or the Mute button on the H323 remote.

There is now a stereo jack cable which can be used to play media from a 
laptop, the same as in ISAC2.

The telephone feature on the Vortex will be connected as soon as I can 
get a cable. It will then work the same as the auditorium or
ISAC2. Meanwhile, the speakerphone should still be used.

The documentation will be updated shortly.
