[Videoconferencing] Firefox on dual-screen systems

On the dual-screen systems (MOB, ISAC2 223, Auditorium) there are 2
X11 displays (:0.0, :0.1), one on the monitor and one on the
projector(s).

Applications started on one display stay there - no popups unexpectedly
appearing behind your back or on invisible screens. But Firefox refused
to start if there was already an instance running on the other display.

I have created a second profile (a clone of the default) called
"monitor", which is started by the toolbar icon on the monitor display.
This allows two copies of Firefox to run, one on the monitor and one on
the projection screen.
The 2 profiles started out identical, but will accumulate differences in
history, cookies, stored passwords etc.

If for some reason you need to use the "other" profile, you can start it
from the command line with "firefox -P"

(the auditorium system is not yet changed, but will be)
