FYI

I believe that all the conference rooms have now been tested with EVO
2.0, so we should be using that by default

It is still possible AFAIK to use the EVO 1.5 video client (vievo) on
machines that do not support OpenGL graphics. It is supposed to be an
automatic fallback.

  Dear EVO User,

We noticed that recently you have been using EVO version 1.5.
We would like to notify you that this version will not be available
at the beginning of next year. It would be advisable
to start using our production EVO version from evo.caltech.edu.
Please let us know of any problems by pressing the
"Report Problem" button at the bottom of Koala, or by sending
email to evosupport at vrvs.org.

  Thanks in advance.
  Have a nice day.

 	     EVO Support Team.
