[Videoconferencing] ISAC2 room 223 projectors

The original middle projector in room 223 is being repaired; apparently a 
power supply failure. Hopefully it will be returned fairly quickly.

Due to popular demand, I have moved the right projector to the middle 
position. While the laptop video connection is now 
"middle", the remote control applet is based on network address and still 
sees it as "right" - changing the assignments using the menu buttons is 
awkward at best, and I will replace the projectors in their original 
positions when the repaired unit arrives rather than trying to reprogram 
both.
