In preparation for the ICFA meeting on Feb 21/22, the auditorium is being
upgraded - new carpet, paint, ceiling tiles, chairs, podium, monitors.

In preparation for that, the TV monitor used for the H323 Polycom has been
removed. It will be replaced soon with an LCD panel display. Meanwhile,
H323 is unavailable.

The computer used for EVO has been moved inside the annexe. It should
still work with the wireless keyboard and mouse, and is still connected to
the projector. It will be connected to the new LCD panel instead of the
original small monitor.

The "seminar" Mac is at time of writing still working.

Currently, the TOA wireless microphone is working for audio reinforcement
(and EVO), connected to the main speaker through the echo canceller.
(The Polycom wireless microphone works, but is not connected)

There was a DVD player (connected to the projector) and VHS tape player
(connected to the TV) in the podium. Those have been removed.

- if you have any need in future to play VHS tapes, or DVDs in a "real"
DVD player, please let me know
