[Videoconferencing] Video room status post power outage (Wed 19th)

I have restarted and tested the following for SeeVoghRN:
- Boardroom
- Main conference room
- ISAC2 222
- ISAC2 223

The SeeVogh computer in the auditorium is experiencing some problems
(BIOS? Disk?) and won't boot.
The podium computer, projector system and mediasite recorder appear
to be working normally.

I haven't specifically tested any H323 systems.
