[Cfat] next CFAT meeting; can it be changed?

Hi,

I am planning to attend a two-day meeting Oct 27-28 and will not be able 
to attend a CFAT meeting on Monday Oct 27. I recall that the previous 
Monday, Oct 20, was impossible for another committee member.

I propose that we delay the meeting for one more week, until Nov 3. If 
this is not possible, I will ask another member to be the chairperson 
for the Oct 27 meeting.

If Nov 3 at 3 pm is impossible for you _and_ your alternate, please let 
me know by email by the end of this week (Sep 26).
