[TRIUMF-Experimental-program] Beam Schedule Change

Dear Colleagues,

This is to inform you of a beam schedule change due to a vacuum leak in 
the M15 slit box that was discovered earlier this week. The implications 
of the leak repair for BL1A and BL2A are as follows:

According to our best estimates, we expect that BL1A will be fully 
operational and ready for users on Thursday April 16 at 8:30 AM.

Beam delivery to BL2A will be interrupted during the start up of BL1A, 
presently scheduled to start on Monday April 13 at 8:30 PM, and last for 
approximately 16 hours. Beam delivery to BL2A will resume on Tuesday at 
8:30 PM for 12 hours with the option of delivering either 10Be or 11Be. 
This will be followed by regular maintenance which is already scheduled 
to begin Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM.

We regret this inconvenience and loss of productivity, but we want to 
assure you that this was deemed to be the best way to deal with the 
situation.
