SAP-EEC Submissions - big bug with the system

Dear Users/Experimenters,

We have found a big bug in the experiments database that is affecting 
the membership part of submissions.

If you have access to your experiment proposals, please do not update 
the membership part of the proposal today, as Computing is working on 
the problem.

If you run in to more problems, please email sciencediv at triumf.ca, but 
please note that Computing will have to deal with individual bugs after 
the big bug in the membership is fixed.

The deadline for submissions will be extended, until at least Friday. 
But I will send out a message regarding the extension once we have the 
membership bug fixed.

Apology's for the inconvenience and any frustration.
