MMS-EEC Call for Submissions - July 2015

Dear TRIUMF Users & Experimenters,

Please read the attached memo for information regarding the next 
Molecular & Materials Science Experiments Evaluation Committee (MMS-EEC) 
meeting. Please note that the MMS-EEC meeting will take place on Monday 
& Tuesday, July 6th & 7th, 2015 (during Sc 
<http://www.triumf.ca/science-week-2015>ience Week 2015 
<http://www.triumf.ca/science-week-2015>). The committee members of the 
MMS-EEC ask that new proposals and progress reports conform to rules 
specified in the call for submissions. These rules were also relayed in 
the Introduction of the last report from the 
MMS-EEC(https://documents.triumf.ca/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-8169). 
If you are not able to access this report, please let Niki know and she 
will email the report to you.

The Spokespersons' portal will be open for submissions by Monday, May 11th.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, June 9th at midnight (Vancouver 
time).
