SAP-EEC Call for Submissions - July 2015

Dear TRIUMF Users & Experimenters,

Please read the attached memo for information regarding the next 
Subatomic Physics Experiments Evaluation Committee (SAP-EEC) meeting. 
Please note the next meeting will take place on Friday & Saturday, July 
10th & 11th, 2015 (during Science Week 2015 
<http://www.triumf.ca/science-week-2015>).

We will be accepting letters of intent, proposals, and progress 
reportssubmittedviathe Spokespersons' portal. The portal is not 
currently open, but will be open for submissions by Monday, May 11th.

Thedeadline for submissions is Tuesday, June 9th at midnight (Vancouver 
time).

Please note: Spokespersons are required to make the facility 
coordinator(s) and/or Collaboration spokespersons for the relevant 
experimental facilities aware of their new proposal(s). The facility 
coordinator list can be found at 
http://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/resources-while-planning, 
under the heading “List of Coordinators”. In particular, for experiments 
on the polarizer beamline that intend to use the TITAN RFQ, the TITAN 
spokesperson has to be contacted in advance of the proposal submission.
