Reminder: Deadline for SAP-EEC Submissions is Tuesday, June 21st

Dear TRIUMF Users & Experimenters,

Please be reminded that the deadline for submissions for the SAP-EEC is 
in one week. We will be accepting letters of intent, proposals, and 
progress reports submitted via the Spokespersons' portal. The deadline 
for submissions is Tuesday, June 21st at midnight (Vancouver time). The 
call for submissions memo is attached for your ease of reference.

Beam Requests: After the SAP-ECC meeting, new proposals that are given 
high priority by the SAP-EEC will be allowed to place beam requests for 
the next beam schedule, Schedule 131. The deadline for these beam 
requests (for new proposals) will be on July 26th. As in the past, we 
will make every effort to accommodate as many high priority requests as 
possible.

Note: Spokespersons are required to make the facility coordinator(s) 
and/or collaboration spokespersons for the relevant experimental 
facilities aware of their new proposal(s). The facility coordinator list 
can be found at

under the heading “List of Coordinators”.
