FINAL REMINDER: December 7th, MMS-EEC Submissions

Dear TRIUMF Users & Experimenters,

This is the final reminder that your submissions for the next Molecular and Materials Science Experiments Evaluation Committee (MMS-EEC) meeting are due no later than Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 23:59:59 (Vancouver time). We will be accepting proposals and progress reports submitted via the Spokespersons' Portal<https://mis.triumf.ca/science/experiment/spokesperson/list.jsf>. The committee members of the MMS-EEC ask that new proposals and progress reports conform to rules specified in the call for submissions.

The Call for Submissions for the next MMS-EEC meeting is posted and can be found at http://www.triumf.ca/sites/default/files/CallForSubmissionsMMSEEC_January2018.pdf. The meeting will take place on Monday and Tuesday, January 15 and 16, 2018.

Please note, if you require a new experiment number, you must make that request to sciencediv at triumf.ca<mailto:sciencediv at triumf.ca> by 15:00 (Vancouver Time) on December 7th.
