Followup: Please fill out TRIUMF User Group (TUG) survey by Tues. Aug. 17

Dear Members of the TRIUMF Community,

A reminder that the Users Survey is open until Tuesday August 17, 2021.  If you have not already filled out the survey, please take a few minutes of your time to do so. The feedback will provide valuable input for TUEC and the TRIUMF User Program as we seek to improve the user experience at TRIUMF.

In particular, we are seeking input from users outside of TRIUMF and British Columbia.  It will take less than ten minutes of your time.

Note that the survey is open to ALL users, not just members of the TRIUMF Users Group.  (and if you are not yet on the mailing list, feel free to sign up here<https://www.triumf.ca/tug-membership-2>).

Ahead of TRIUMF Science Week, the TRIUMF Users’ Group Executive Committee (TUEC) has prepared a brief online survey. It consists of 25 questions, and you should be able to complete it in less than 10 minutes. We are interested in how you gauge

- communications with, and represenation by TUEC
- communications between TRIUMF and its users
- the impact of COVID on your research
- the post-pandemic path forward
- TRIUMF resources (space, library),

and we naturally value any other feedback. You don't need to be a member of the TRIUMF Users' Group (TUG) to participate. We will report on the findings at the TUG AGM on Friday, August 20.
