This is a reminder that the deadline for submission of all Proposals, Progress Reports, Letters of Intent, etc. to the January 2022 NP-EEC meeting is Monday, December 6th at 11:59 PST. Submissions should be made through the Science Applications Portal: https://mis.triumf.ca/science/index.jsf.

Dear TRIUMF Experimenters, Users and Staff,

Please see the attached document for an important announcement regarding the upcoming Nuclear Physics Experiments Evaluation Committee (NP-EEC) Meeting, which will take place on January 24th & 25th, 2022. Submissions that will be accepted are:


  1.  Progress Reports for H-priority proposals that expired/will expire at the January 2022, meeting (proponents will be contacted directly). These experiments must request that their unused expired shifts be reinstated if they wish to continue. 

  1.  New regular Letters of Intent (where beam or facility development is required; no shifts are requested).

  1.  Existing Letters of Intent that have had beam developed in 2021 and wish to upgrade to a Full Proposal.

  1.  New Proposals.
