NEW DATES for NP-EEC

Dear TRIUMF Users and Experimenters,



Due to the volume of submissions received for the upcoming NP-EEC in January, please note that the EEC meeting dates have changed:



Previous dates:   Monday and Tuesday, January 24th and 25th, 2022

NEW DATES:       Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, February 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2022



The meeting will be held in a virtual setting via Zoom. Spokespersons will be contacted in the New Year to determine a time to present to the committee.



Spokespersons - please watch your inbox for some forthcoming emails, including:



  *   The results of the beam readiness review with regard to your experiment
  *   Questions for clarification from the Committee, sent by either myself or the Scientific Secretary, Sonia Bacca
