Beam Schedule 142 DRAFT Online

[TRIUMF Physical Sciences]

Dear TRIUMF Users & Staff,

The DRAFT Beam Schedule 142 (May 14th - October 3rd ) is now on display under "Drafts" on the Beam Schedules web page: https://mis.triumf.ca/science/schedules.jsf

Minor changes to the schedule may be made in the coming week. The schedule will move to ACTIVE status on March 31st.

ISAC Experiments (BL2A) (June 1st - October 3rd ):
The ISAC Schedule focuses on delivering accelerated beam to multiple high priority Nuclear Physics experiments in an optimized manner, as well as pursuing high priority beam developments.  In addition, BNMR, Life Sciences and low-energy Nuclear Physics experiments will be run. Due to large demand for shifts in this schedule, several of those requests are being considered for the Fall schedule.

CMMS:
There was a large demand for the DR spectrometer, which will run for the entire schedule on M15. The NuTime spectrometer will be scheduled on M15 immediately after the mini shutdown. The beam time on M20 will be split between the LAMPF and Helios spectrometers and a subatomic physics experiment. The βNMR beam time will be scheduled within the next two weeks.
