Summer 2023 NP-EEC Announcement

Dear TRIUMF Users, Experimenters, and Staff,

TRIUMF's Nuclear Physics Experiments Evaluation Committee (NP-EEC) will hold a virtual meeting on July 27th and 28th, 2023. The meeting will be held via Zoom; connection information will be communicated at a later date. The following types of submissions will be accepted.
 
• Progress Reports for proposals approved with high priority expiring at the July 2023 meeting, whose proponents will be contacted directly.
• Letters of Intent, for which beam or facility development is required and no shifts are requested.
• Proposals for experiments that would utilize already developed beams.
 
Anyone wishing to submit a Proposal or Letter of Intent must contact Allayne McGowan via sciencediv at triumf.ca by Tuesday, June 13th to request an experiment number. Once an experiment number has been assigned, submissions should be made through the Science Applications Portal, accessible via https://mis.triumf.ca/science/index.jsf . The deadline for submission of Progress Reports, Letters of Intent, & Proposals is Friday, June 16th at 23:59 PDT.
