Dear TRIUMF Users & Staff,

Beam Requests for Schedule 148 (May - December 2025) are now being accepted. Please read the attached memo from the Beam Schedulers
for further details and instructions (or visit Request Beam Time<https://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/request-beam-time>).

Unlike previous schedules, Schedule 148 will be a single duration beam schedule running from May until the end of the year, to ensure planning proficiency prior to the Long Shutdown 2026 (LS2026). Note that Nuclear Physics (NP) and Life Sciences (LS) experiments at ISAC will be scheduled all the way through the year, so this Call is the only opportunity to make a beam request for the remainder of 2025. Molecular and Materials Science (MMS) experiments in contrast, will announce a further Call for Beam Requests in the Summer.

When you have read the memo, please continue to the "Experimenter's Dashboard" at https://mis.triumf.ca/science/dashboard.jsf and login with
your TRIUMF Identity. If you prefer to submit your beam request directly through the Beam Request Application, it can be found at
https://mis.triumf.ca/science/beam/request/home.jsf.

The deadline for all requests is Monday February 24th at 23:59 PST.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact one of the Beam
Schedulers as listed in the memo.

Thanks,
Lauren
