<u>Schedule 143</u></b> is firm <b><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">tomorrow, August 10<sup>th</sup>, at 23:59 PDT</span></b>. Please read the attached memo from the Beam Schedulers
<b>and</b> refer to the email chain below for information.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>This is also a reminder regarding the submission of Safety Reports for experiments on the current
<u>Beam Schedule 142</u></b>:<o:p></o:p></p>

<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="xmsolistparagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b>Experimenters</b> are responsible for submitting Safety Reports in a timely manner. To allow for adequate time for review, safety reports
<b>MUST</b> be submitted to <a href="mailto:sciencediv@triumf.ca">sciencediv@triumf.ca</a>
<b>at least two (2) weeks in advance</b> of the scheduled beam time in order to guarantee that beam time.

<li class="xmsolistparagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1"><b>µSR experimenters must also include a Sample Handling Form with their safety report</b> (attached and available
<a href="https://documents.triumf.ca/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-24820/%C2%B5SR%20Sample%20Handling%20Disposition%20form%20v.5.pdf">
here</a>).<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="xmsolistparagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Facility Coordinators and/or Safety Reviewers may request that Safety Reports be submitted earlier than the two (2) weeks in advance deadline. Experimenters will be contacted if that
