[FLUKA-TRIUMF] FLUKA 2023.3.2 now default version on computing nodes

Hi,

FLUKA 2023.3.2 has been installed and tested on the flukaXX computing nodes, and has now been made the default version.

To use the prior version, in a terminal type:

module load fluka/2021.2.6

then start flair from this same terminal.

Let me know if you run into any issues with this new version.
