[Geant4] Course workshop, neutron simulations

No, not any time soon in Canada or the US. SLAC used to host these but 
budgets are tight right now in the US. One is coming up shortly in 
Europe LAPP, Annecy (France), *18-28 November 2008 *but not only is that 
one in French it is also full.

I have forwarded your neutron simulation question to the expert. I have 
looked at both:

but didn't see anything specific. Maybe the 'radiation_monitor' is a 
good start.
